Description Pecora Corporation, a leading manufacturer of architectural weatherproofing products, is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team based in Harleysville, PA. This part-time office position is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Marketing background who is looking for flexible working hours and only wants to work part-time. Job Responsibilities Manage library of marketing communications and reference materials (e.g. collateral, logos, presentations photographic images, price sheets). Ensure adequate supply of communication materials and coordinate literature deliveries as needed. Manage direct mail, fax, and e-mail databases. Conduct basic website maintenance as well as the building of new content. Assist with marketing communications to the field to insure optimum execution of marketing programs. Develop and maintain tracking mechanism for all marketing related projects and activity and provide regular reporting. Assist with product launches and various marketing brand-building initiatives. Job Requirements Passion for Marketing - high energy, strong follow-through and creativity. Good communication and problem solving skills, detail-oriented, flexible, with a great attitude. Customer oriented Excellent organization and time management skills. Highly organized, able to multi-task successfully, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Possesses a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results. Must have proven Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search skills. Comfortable working in a manufacturing office environment and able to lift packages weighing 10-15 pounds. Previous experience in a marketing assistant role or experience working in a sales and marketing environment is a plus. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Website programming skills are a plus.
