Since 1862, this company has been a technical leader in specialty sealants. Day Shift - Ability to Operate Bulk Chemical Mixing Machines – A Mixer Operator blends raw materials to produce finished product (caulking and sealant materials) and intermediate materials used in the production process. An Operator is required to setup and run a variety of mixing machines to produce product according to batch formula instructions. The Operator learns skills to make batches on any of 27 different mixing machines, and is classified as one of seven different operator levels depending upon the level of skill development.
