Announcing Our Outstanding Team Members for Q3 2017

Pecora is proud to showcase our Outstanding Team Members for Quarter 3 of 2017. 

Last year, Pecora introduced the Quarterly Team-Based Incentive program. The program’s goal is to foster collaboration within our functional teams, encouraging everyone to make Pecora the best it can be. 

Each team nominates one of their own outstanding team members to receive recognition. Members observe each others’ performance throughout the quarter, then evaluate each other based on the following criteria: 

1. Attendance/flexibility
2. Safety
3. Following procedures
4. Work quality/output
5. Teamwork/collaboration

We believe our employees are the best in the business. We make it a priority to highlight top performance and provide growth opportunities for employees.
