Well, 2025 is almost over…couldn’t have come fast enough for me…so much confusion in the marketplace, tariffs with varying percentages, no real solid economic direction from Washington, weird and dangerous weather events, politics…and in spite of all these challenges, Pecora had a very good year. We brought on some really good new talent, tried some new things, brought new products into markets…and learned, again, how to navigate these confusing times. The good news for us is that whatever the world throws at us in 2026…we’re ready! Our facilities are in great shape, equipment strong, and our folks in all our functional areas are performing. There are always opportunities to get better, new ideas and challenges…clear assessment of the value of the risks, and we move forward. This isn’t to say we won’t have some stressful times during the year…the good news is that we have the internal strength in people and purpose to handle them!
