Last year, Pecora introduced the Quarterly Team-Based Incentive program. The program’s goal is to foster collaboration within our functional teams, encouraging everyone to make Pecora the best it can be.
Each team nominates one of their own members to receive recognition. Members observe each others’ performance throughout the quarter, then evaluate each other based on the following criteria:
