Once again, World of Concrete 2026 brought together contractors, manufacturers, and industry professionals from across the concrete and construction markets. From the start of the week, steady traffic and consistent engagement reflected the strong attendance throughout the show. This year, Pecora Corporation exhibited in two locations, the South Hall and the Silver Lot, which helps to expand our reach and allows us to connect with attendees across multiple areas of the show. With team members stationed at both booths, attendees had direct access to Pecora staff for product discussions, technical questions, and project-specific conversations. The dual locations also supports ongoing marketing efforts, with members of the marketing team capturing photo and video content throughout the show for use in future marketing initiatives.
This year marked a change for Pecora with our outside booth in a different lot than previous shows. Live demonstrations remained a central part of our booth experience. Throughout the week, Pecora conducted demos focused on systems and products commonly specified for parking structures, concrete floors, and building envelopes. These sessions gave attendees an opportunity to see installations step-by-step, rather than techniques, which helped support more detailed conversations around jobsite conditions and performance expectations.
Traffic coating systems generated consistent interest, particularly the Pecora HB1100-SA Single Application Polyurethane Integral Aggregate Traffic Coating System. Demonstrations covered both vehicular and pedestrian applications, walking through surface preparation, mixing, aggregate integration, and application procedures. Attendees were able to see how a single-application system functions in practice and discuss where it fits within broader parking structure, plaza designs, decks, etc.
Another focal point throughout the week was Pecora’s DynaThane 800MM and 800HM Semi-Rigid Control Joint Resins. These demonstrations showed both machine-mix and hand-mix application methods, including the use of dual-component cartridges and post-cure shaving. Seeing both methods side by side allowed for practical comparisons and discussion around jobsite preferences.
Architectural wall coating systems were also featured, including WeatherClad coatings and SilcoPrime primer. These demos highlighted application techniques and field-testing methods, providing context for how these products support air and moisture management strategies in exterior wall assemblies.
Crowd flow throughout the week remained steady, with particularly strong engagement during mid-day demo slots. Many attendees returned for multiple sessions, indicating continued interest across different product categories. The consistent traffic also created opportunities for informal discussions outside scheduled demos, allowing Pecora team members to connect directly with customers, answer project-specific questions, and gather feedback from the field.
World of Concrete 2026 reinforced the importance of in-person demonstrations and discussions within the construction industry. For Pecora, the show provided a productive platform to present application-focused information, adapt to a new outdoor footprint, and engage meaningfully with industry professionals.
